How to apply:

1.Fill out the online CAMP BEN FRANKEL CAMPER REGISTRATION FORM and hit submit.

2.Download, print, complete and mail in the MEDICAL FORMS packet.
Beginning with the 2010 season, Camp Ben Frankel will begin to transition into using online applications and e-mail communication. While we prefer and recommend that you use the online system, but you can still utilize print applications and communication. If you would like a paper version of the application, please e-mail Rick Kodner, the Camp Director, to request one.
